Tetlow King is at the forefront of pioneering designs for Continuing Care Retirement Communities within the UK. Continuing care communities are based upon the US model of clustering assisted living units, in the form of bungalows, cottages or suites around a care home and communal facilities. The recent publication of a guide for planning ‘Continuing Care Retirement Communities’ by Tetlow King Planning and commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Planning Officers Society has established the practice as leaders in this field. |
