With extensive experience of designing high quality residential and mixed use environments, Tetlow King can offer a range of services for developments ranging from bespoke buildings to significant residential or mixed use developments forming new districts and communities. These services include creation of bespoke design solutions to respond to: client briefs, Development Briefs or Masterplan Frameworks. We also undertake negotiations with the Local Planning Authorities, Housing Associations and Statutory Bodies and submission of detailed proposals for either outline, full or reserved matters planning consent.
As well as preparing innovative high quality bespoke designed architecture, the practice is also experienced in working imaginatively with developers’ standard house types to produce locally distinct and sustainable well designed environments. The aim is always to provide development which responds strongly to context whether in contemporary or traditional inspired designs.
Tetlow King are familiar with designing to the SDS and HQI requirements of the Housing Corporation, and other design standards such as Lifetime Homes, Homes for Life and the CABE criteria for Buildings for Life. |
