Over the years Tetlow King has developed a solid reputation with a substantial number of repeat clients, largely national and regional developers, but also land owners and Local Authorities. In particular, the practice continues to work with the Duchy of Cornwall on innovative and pioneering high quality housing and mixed use award winning developments. A strong understanding of working with developer clients has led to designs which are, not only of exceptional quality, but which are also commercially attractive to our clients.
An expanding portfolio of work includes significant residential developments, mixed-use and regeneration schemes, commercial and retail. Projects have construction costs ranging from £500K to £50 million for some of the larger developments.
