Award Winning Design
Tetlow King has consistently been recognised for its high quality approach to design with several awards, including: the RIBA, RTPI ‘Housing Design Award’, the Stratford Upon Avon District Council ‘Housing Award’ and the Bath and North East Somerset ‘Design Quality Award’, consecutively in 2002 and 2003.
Tetlow King have received recognition from CABE in the ‘National Housing Audit’ report (2007) and ‘A Sense of Place’ study (2007), which rated the mixed use development at Field Farm, Shepton Mallet highest in the South West region. The Field Farm development also received the Mendip District Council, Best Multiple Housing Award in 2007.
More recently, Tetlow King have received recognition for the masterplanning, design coding and detailed design work undertaken for the development at Fairfield Park in Stotfold, Mid-Bedfordshire. The development received the prestigious Building for Life Gold Standard awarded by the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) in September 2010. |
