With an in house team of Sustainability experts, including licensed EcoHomes Assessors, NHER SAP Assessors and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors, Tetlow King have the expertise to advise on sustainability issues at an early stage within the design process.
Tetlow King are able to determine and calculate renewable energy requirements and negotiate solutions to meet Local Authority policy. This approach will often involve the preparation of Sustainability & Renewable Energy Reports, SAP calculations and assessments under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The practice has pioneered the design of innovative schemes incorporating the use of sustainable technology and renewable energy to meet the stringent requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
