Tetlow King are moving to new offices
Due to continued expansion Tetlow King are moving to new offices from the 23rd December 2011. The new premises are located four miles north of Romsey and a couple of miles from the existing office. The move will take place on the 22nd & 23rd December with the new office being operational from 3rd January 2011. The new address is as follows:

Bridge reconstruction work affects access to Tetlow King's offices
A railway bridge next to Tetlow King's offices in Romsey will be closed for reconstruction by Network Rail for up to four months from the beginning of December. The closure is due to begin on Monday 5th December 2011, the bridge is then due to re-open on Monday 19th March 2012. The closure affects access from the A3057 Stockbridge to Romsey road via Stanbridge Lane. Please download the map illustrating the diversion routes by following the link on the right. |

Planning consent granted for a development at Chipping Sodbury
Tetlow King was part of a consultant team who have gained outline planning consent for a mixed use development at a site north of Chipping Sodbury town centre in South Gloucestershire. The challenging site is partly occupied by a disused quarry and the development had to be carefully designed to sit within the quarry walls. The development includes: A 2000sqm foodstore; a 92 space long-stay and 206 space short-stay car park; a new pedestrian link to and from High Street including small-scale retail and commercial units; approximately 170 new homes of mixed size and density; a new access road; landscaped areas; enhanced pedestrian routes and enabling works within the quarry void. Tetlow King provided the architectural and masterplanning services for the redsidential areas and produced the Design and Access Statement, sustainability reports and a number of public consultation exhibitions. |

Fairfield Park awarded Building For Life Gold Award
Tetlow King have received recognition for the masterplanning, design coding and detailed design work undertaken for the development at Fairfield Park in Stotfold, Mid-Bedfordshire. The development received the prestigious Building for Life Gold Standard awarded by a Consortium led by CABE (Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) & The Home Builders Federation in September 2010. |

Tetlow King joins the Jephson/Marches Housing Association
Tetlow King has been successful in its bid to join the Consultants Framework Agreement for the Jephson / Marches Housing Association. The framework will run for four years and will require Tetlow King to provide urban design, architectural and sustainability consultancy services. In light of this success Tetlow King has been awarded its first project with Jephson for a 46 unit residential scheme on a challenging site in Swindon. |
