The 22,000m2 Continuing Care Retirement Community forms part of the masterplan for this brownfield site in Somerset which received outline planning approval in May 2008. Its facilities will include:

• An appropriate level of nursing care being available throughout all accommodation.
• 24 Hour care staff and support available on site.
• Core facilities of village shop, restaurant, bar, coffee shop.
• Leisure facilities and wellness suite.

• Transport strategy for residents (dedicated minibus service).
