Architectural Technician
Specification:
An opportunity to work on significant residential developments. Preparing and managing construction drawing packages. Experience of working for developer clients or housebuilders essential. A good working knowledge of domestic building regulations, HQI, LTH and DQS necessary. Experience of SAP and Code For Sustainable Homes also desirable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working on residential buildings.
- Fully Conversant with AutoCAD.
