Sustainability Technician
Specification:
Applicants should be fully conversant with Code for Sustainable Homes Design Stage Assessments (DSA) and Post Construction Reviews (PCR – to include site visits) and SAP Assessment, preferably with experience of working with national developer and house builder clients. Experience in BREEAM, SBEM and Daylighting Calculations is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor with minimum 4No. DSA & PCR Certified Assessments
- Fully qualified accredited SAP On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
