Our services include creation of bespoke Architectural design solutions, preparing Development Briefs, Masterplans and Design Codes (for urban design projects), negotiations with the Local Planning Authorities leading to submission of detailed proposals for either outline, full or reserved matters planning.

With an in house team of Sustainability experts, including licensed EcoHomes Assessors, NHER SAP Assessors and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors, Tetlow King have the expertise to advise on sustainability issues at an early stage within the design process. Our Technical department can produce high quality construction information packages to enable our clients to comply with current building regulations, construction legislation and best practice.

Our Presentation department allows Tetlow King to produce a range of high quality publicity and presentation information to assist in promoting projects, including Design & Access Statements, exhibition boards and PowerPoint slides. From 1st November 2008 our CDM Coordinator service will assist clients in managing their health and safety responsibilities in connection with construction projects.
