BREEAM Assessments
BREEAM assessments (Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method) are used to assess the environmental performance of residential and non-residental buildings.
The method and assessment criteria is widley recognised by local planning authorities, building professionals and goverment agencies, such as CABE and the HCA. Tetlow King is able to provide a comprehensive BREEAM assessment service, with our licensed assessors and to offer guidance on optimising environmental credits from an early stage in the design process.
