Our accredited assessors are licensed by the BRE, STROMA and NHER to provide; Code for Sustainable Homes, EcoHomes, BREEAM and SAP and EPC assessments. We are also able to offer a range of supplementary services tailored to the requirements of achieving the various credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes, including:

We are able to provide expert sustainability consultancy and management at each stage of a project from; feasibility, planning, detailed design to construction.
Code Management
Tetlow King has pioneered the development of the Code Management service to co-ordinate all the feasibility and post construction evidence required by the Code Assessor to properly assess the various credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes. We are able to implement management procedures at construction stage to achieve, amongst others, credits such as; construction site impacts, monitoring of site waste, collation of purchase orders for materials and sound testing.
