Building Regulation Information
Tetlow King are experienced at working either as lead consultant or as an integral part of the design team to co-ordinate the preparation of construction information for Building Regulations approval. Our fully trained technicians can advise on the alternative methods of satisfying the current Building Regulations to achieve economic and high quality design solutions.
We are familiar working with either a developer’s standard generic range of house types or preparing bespoke designs for housing, flats, mixed use and commercial developments. We have a thorough understanding of a variety of construction methods including timber frame, steel or concrete frame and traditional masonry building.
We competently organise submissions for Building Regulation approval, registration of RSD’s, preparation of SAP Assessments and the clearing of any conditions to obtain full approval.
We have experience attending Design Team/Progress meetings. We can undertake site inspections to resolve any on-site queries and inspect the quality of workmanship either as part of the full appointment or as required. |
