Additional construction information may be prepared to better describe the proposed extent of works to supplement the Building Regulations drawings. The information may include selected construction details of the building elements, kitchen or bathroom layouts, staircase details and specialist sub-contractor details for joinery or stonework.
Tetlow King has particular expertise in detailing classical architecture. We possess a thorough knowledge of the classical orders, appropriate detailing of architectural mouldings and classical elements such as cornices and door surrounds in either natural stone or modern alternatives.
Plot Specific Drawings
We produce plot specific drawings for large residential developments utilising a generic range of house types or bespoke units. The plot specific drawings accurately describe the relationship of house types in terraced and semi-detached blocks, particularly on sites with challenging levels, to ensure the correct relationship of roof junctions and abutment details. |
